The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.

2.Location - 10 min walk to Grand Place.
3.Close to Brussels Centraal, we paid for taxi from the hotel to BC 6 euro or you can walk there around 20 min through the city centre.

This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful.

Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
