  The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Overall one of the best - Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

  Very good stay. The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had. Please keep it up as we will be glad to stay with you at the earliest opportunity. All the best. - It was really close to the train station and it was pretty cheap comparing to the other hotels

  Considering the price and style of hotel, it's a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and we only shared our bathroom with one other person (there seems to be only two or three rooms per floor). The location is very close to the North train station, and the walk to the city center is easy and enjoyable.   The location is great. It is not so crowded as in the centre but it is also close to actually everything. We used to walk to Grand Place, Magritte Museum, Grand Sablon and the shopping streets. There is a bunch of very good restaurants. The food is cheaper and much fresher than in the centre. The apartment was in a quiet, good area and within walking distance to the City Center and the Bruxelles-Nord train station. We booked the Duplex Apartment (4 Adults) and the size was perfect for four people. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Supermarkets are just around the corner, so the the possibility to cook was great. .
