hotel is value for money. room is big, clean and comfortable with facilities like fridge, electric kettle jar. breakfast was good with plenty to eat. within walking distance to north railway station and Roger metro station. big shopping mall near by. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Tne location is excellent and the staff is great. I had a wonderful stay there, it was hard to tell I was so far away from home. Two thumbs Up!!!.

Room was a good size with own tea /coffee making facility. Fairly easy walking distance to metro, shopping area and parking. perfect breakfast, clean and nice room. The hotel is situated in a quiet area not too distant from Botanique metro station. Clean, neat and sufficient for a couple of nights stay. We were only there for one night and did not have breakfast so cannot pass judgement other than to say it was clean and comfortable and we would use it again.Good location in the city ceter and easy to find from the North Station. Excellent value for money. the only thing i regret is that i asked for airport taxi and at the price the receptionist told me was between 20 and 30 eu other wise i should have taken the train at the north. but when whe came at airport it was 47 eu. so that was a mis information from the receptionist i was disapointed.The sink in the bathroom was smelling bad. Ofcourse it might be only in that room or something. Hotel is not in the best area so walking back at night did feel uneasy at times, internet cost at hotel was very high - had to use internet cafe instead although there is one nearby on Nieue Stratt, first right.I would have been happier if the hotel had had parking place considering the speciel quarter behind this hotel. the rooms have no refrigerator. No free WiFi. Why? Virtually all business travelers use and need Internet access. Asking money for WiFi equals with asking a separate charge from use of water. The lights didn't all work and the water boiler wasn't working either. The first night we got a twin bed in a smoking room, though we asked for a double, non-smoking room. We had to deal with that for the night. Also, we waited a couple of hours until somebody came to mend the heater which did not work at first. The internet has gone cheaper but on higher floors (5 and 6) it needs a booster. The signal is good but the flow is really slow. The room had a fan as there was no airconditioning which was ok in spring but on a hot day the temperature of the room might become uncomfortable. The expensive breakfast (12€), the expensive Wifi (10€ p/h). The fridge was not working.No airconditioner.

By train: 4 trains per hour, exit Gare du Nord.

By car:
Follow the ring road E40/ E411/ E19, and follow the E40 in the direction f Luik. Take the exit Luik-Leuven-Brussels. After exit 19, you should take the exit "Centrum", after which you will enter the tunnel. At the 6th traffic lights after the tunnel, you will reach a roundabout. Turn to the right here in the direction of "Centre". Stay on this street, passing the botanic garden. Turn to the right into the Rue Gineste, passing underneath the railway bridge. At the traffic lights, you turn right, and you will find the hotel after 100 meters, on your left hand side.

Gard du Nord:
Take the exit Centre/ Place Rogier, and walk down the walkway on your left hand side. At the end of the walkway, you pass underneath the railway bridge. Turn to the right after the bridge, and after 100 meters, you will see the hotel on your left hand side.
