The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had.
Please keep it up as we will be glad to stay with you at the earliest opportunity.

The rooms were very big. Booked a twin and got a room with 3 singles for same price. Had a balcony too. Very clean. Easy to hop on the tram outside the hotel and be in the old city centre in a few minutes. Many arabic restuarants nearby with delicious food at very cheap prices.
