We stayed in a junior suite and can honestly say that it was amazing. We had a superb view of Vienna. I cannot understand some of the comments made as the staff were very helpful and even arranged for me to have a birthday cake made for my partner and delivered with breakfast on the morning of his birthday. I would definately recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and simple, with the exact amount of furniture it was needed, a lot of space inside the room and hotel staff was very nice and polite without exception. - Very good location, spacious room, a small kitchen is also very convenient. I'm just a backpacker but they offer more than I need! Though there's no kitchen in my room, but a microwave oven and a fridge are enough.
