I'm just a backpacker but they offer more than I need! Though there's no kitchen in my room, but a microwave oven and a fridge are enough. And fortunately, the WiFi hotspot is just in my room so the connection is awesome. The location is perfect as well with U-bahn, tram and bus service just 5-mins walk away. Nice appartment 5 minutes walk from metro line. 15 minutes to Central Vienna. Near pedestrian shopping street. Also easy to reach from airport (train + tram) and Railway Station. Close to supermarkets, kitchen with fridge, coffeemaker. Good wifi. Nice staff. Flexible with later checkout.

Metro and tram stations are near hotel, shopping street (Favoriten str.) starts near same metro station. This is one of my regular places to stay when in Vienna. Basic appartment next to metro. Few minutes to town, half hour to airport. Nice staff and owner. Good wifi. Nice large rooms incl. small kitchen and workdesk. No luxury but just what I need to sleep and work. The owner is really nice,great service from check in to check out! and the Metro is very close... Location, cleanness , reasonable cost and friendly staff are the four major factors I look for while traveling on a short vacation. These factors are in this hotel!. fabulous location (1-2min to U1 or bus,tram station) near to: the markets (Billa,Spar),bakery, famous ice-cream Tichy clean rooms equipped kitchen WiFi ok very nice staff. Good communication, close to u-bahn station, low price, kitchen with necessary equipment. Good choice if you're looking for cheap apartment. Good localisation, close to the tube station. Shops are available around the apartment. location, good for shorter stay. Dirt and dust can be seen in some spots, like around the light or even water kettle with which to brew coffee or tea. However I think that's the only drawback of this place. It was my second stay, returning means I liked it!. No elevator, but I don't need that. Nothing particular. noisy street. Very basic standard, one chair was partially broken. It is difficult to find a place to park a car. The district when it is located seems to belong to poorer ones. Problems with parking place. Private parking place does not exist. Available free parking places near the building but always occupied or underground parking 500 m far from the hotel. This isn't a luxury aparthotel, but it is functional. As long as one doesn't expect beautiful decorations and is fine with a good bed, decent bath and a self-service kitchen it is a good relatively inexpensive place to stay in Vienna. (& the hours of operation aren't always accurate; it's best to call ahead & let them know when you are arriving.). It was a bit noisy in the back yard during the day, my single room was tiny but that is what you would expect for this price. friendly stuff, cleaned apartment. There were no telephone in the room. Wireless internet signal is week in the second floor where I stayed, and I had to put my devices at specific point in the room to get a better signal. Also, the furniture looks really old. the knife and the chopping board are very small and are not very suitable for chopping food. 1. Does not have Elevator, it is difficult to carry luggage. 2. Shower was blocked and it was very uncomforted while taking bath. 3. The Kitchen utilities were very poor such as frying pan, cocking pot spoon etc. 4. There was no light in the bedroom. Switch was taped to restrict the use. slept in the room 1, with blind windows to the back yard so it was quite dark, should be cleaner, people thought my room was reception.
