  The design of this hotel is superb! It has the charm, warmth and elegance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a lake view room and I wish we could have stayed there longer. The view is breath taking. The room had all the ameneties, bath room ameneties are excellent to the details.   We were made very welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again. - Nice clean very comfortable room in a quaint town of Bad Ischl which isa few hour train or bus ride from the city of Saltzburg. Hotelrestaurant was excellent.
