A well located guest house, just next to a mountain and facing green pastures. A ideal place if you are looking to get away from the bustles of the daily life. Our room was very big and spacious, with a nice balcony. It takes less than 5 mins to drive to Wolfgangsee :)

Quite and familiar hotel with very large rooms. Very friendly staff. A few vegetarian dishes in the menu. The way to the town center, is about 15 walking minutes through a very nice scenery. Steyr is worth a visit. It’s a wonderful town. -

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was right on the Danube with a sidewalk in front so walks in good weather are a must. The restaurant had a nice menu with authentic Austrian fare and reasonable prices. There was a small bar on the premises too and a lovely little wine garden which is still undergoing some finishing touch

Gosau valley is very pretty and Pachler's place is at a good
location. It was convenient for us to visit Hallstatt (15kms away) and
lower Gosau lake (about 7kms I think) from there. The house is
beautiful, well-maintained. Room is a good size, big windows with great

An ideal place for those who are looking for a holiday in quiet, green place with spectacular views.
Wonderful hostess, Mrs. Pachlers, trying to soothe stay with a nice breakfast pastries own hands, jams and other goodies, clean and comfortable rooms and even tips itineraries in the region.
In summary, a great deal, a fair price and sure we'll recommend all of our friends on the spot.
