The design of this hotel is superb! It has the charm, warmth and elegance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a lake view room and I wish we could have stayed there longer. The view is breath taking. The room had all the ameneties, bath room ameneties are excellent to the details. The fridge in the room is always great to chill a bottle. The gardens have wonderful furniture to sun bathe, relax or read in a quiete corner on the lake. The breakfast buffet has all goo.

This hotel is for person who values delicious cuisine, great panorama view, warm attitude of staff and perfect in details. Great location, delicious hotel restaurant, romantic interier-if you would like to feel yourself like a royal family-you will get it in this hotel. Special attitude of hotel owner to every guest gives you unforgettable impressions. It's an amazing hotel. Rooms r large n well furnished. Location is excellent. It's 2 minutes walk frm d ferry station n d bus station. Market is just down d road. View frm d rooms, bar, lounge is fantastic. The owner Rolland is efficient n hardworking he himself is on d ground whole day. The guys at restaurant r also very friendly n warm. The view on lake and mountain from dining room and garden, was stunning! My room, the relax area in garden confronting the lake and mountainis, sauna fercility, dinner and breakfast in the garden, etc. - everything was fabulous!! I will definitely come back to this place! Hotel was very good. Not much negative to state. Nothing. I stayed in the suite which was comfortable but not fancy. I suspect the standard room is fairly basic. Nothing. But be aware if you are driving in that the car park is across the street, easy access. Parking was limited at the Hotel but they had an arrangement with a secure covered car park only 100 metres away. Was very hot in the night without a fan and with balcony doors open there were mosquitoes. Cannot think of anything like that!. Nothing. The fact we didn't book more than 1 night stay. definately could have stayed 3 nights or more. nothing. The wifi did not work in my room. The bed was much harder than our tastes. we didn't receive on the 1st night the room that we booked (downgrading). the problem was solved only after a quite unpleasant argument with the owner. Nothing.
