  The apartments were in a very good place of Vienna. It's not far from markets and main squares. The room was tidy and wide. We could contact the receptionist any time we want by the phone near the door. And she also answered us by sms or email. In the room there was microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a lot of dishes, pans etc. (everything you need)... what people say » . The re were small and big towels in the bathroom. There was even a balcony in our room - 1. Good location: underground is near of the house, district is silent and secure, many shops and cafe's are around 2. cleaness 3. comfortable room 4. staff: Anika and Alice meeted us friendly and supported us in various situatiions (early check-in)

  We stayed in a superior room which was excellent. Facilities are limited though (no bar) but room had a small kitchen. The room aslo had a full home cinama set up but no DVD's at reception so take your own if you are planning a night in. All and all highly recommended - Lovely, modern decorated rooms. Staff at the front desk is very friendly and... what people say » helpfull. Apartments are close to Rathaus and the city attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

  We stayed for 5 nights.Firstly we found the location was very central and ideal for access to the main tourist attractions on Vienna. We were accomodated in an annexe to the hotel which we found was very clean,quiet and well heated which was good because although it was Easter the temperatures were below o at times. The staff member looking after ... what people say » the annexe was quiet ,pleasant and efficient. - The hotel is very conveniently located, mozheno easily reached on foot from the main attractions, if you are tired, the subway is literally around the corner from)) hearty breakfast, the staff is responsive, the rooms are simple, clean, everything you need to stay there after the wonderful walks in the beautiful Vienna.

  Just returned from Vienna at Nov 9. We were planning to visit museums and walk around city with 7 y.o. kid. Location is great - tram, metro (Shottenring, Shottentor), Billa, Spar - are close enough to aparts - around 5-7 mins on walking. Key handover was smooth and easy. Highly recommended - The apartment we stayed i had everything you would need for a city break: small kitchen, lots of storage, TV and free WiFi. We were up on the 6th floor and we had a lovely view across to some mountains.

  The location was great. The hotel was 5 minutes from train station for train to/from the airport. Also the trolley and subway were at the same station. The room was a very nice with a plenty of space and a couch to sit on. Great accommodations. The breakfast was more than great!
