  An amazing location! Literally steps away from the Schonbruun gardens(opposite) and a few minutes walk to the Underground. Very easy to travel into the central district and access the museums and theatres. FABULOUS room facing the courtyard, safe secure and with such helpful attentive staff who even helped us with the bus and underground timetable... what people say » s to catch our flight home. Breakfast in the smaller dining room allowed us to eat a small breakfast rather than opting for the buf - Vienna, at least city center, is not very large. so even the hotel was not near city center it was very easy to reach by metro or bus. The hotel is breathtaking, historical, beautiful building. Schönbrunn Palace is just around the corner, you may even spend a day here by visiting the palace, the zoo and by taking a walk in the superior gardens. We stayed in a superior room which was very spacious and well-decorated. Bathroom was very modern and clean. Staff was very professional. There is compl

  The staff was fenomenal!!! the gave us suggestions every night , where to go to eat, go out to bars etc.... very good people!! The hotel looks great inside, about 15 min. ride with the metro to the city center. Well worth the money!! Did not eat there so i don't know about that... they have free internet in the lobby. I checked in 4 hours early w... what people say » ith no problem. The staff also speaks good english - The hotel is in a nice location, and was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was also very friendly.

  I and my husband stayed 4 nights at the hotel on 25.04-29.04 2013. We love it. The staff is very friendly, the parrot which is in front of the reception is sweet. :) Location is great. It is just 5 min.walk to Hietzing metro station and very near to Schonbörn Palace and also restaurants, cafes,shopping..etc. The room is very big. There is a dressi... what people say » ng room and living area. I really had a great holiday in Vienna and the hotel. I strongly recommend that you should stay in this hotel. Also price is - Location in pleasant Hietzting, near Schoenbrunn and U-bahn is very good. The clean beds in de rooms 404 and 405 are good, better than in many other hotels. Sufficient parking lots under the hotel (19,20 per day). People in the hotel were helpfull. We have taken a very good breakfast at a bakery outside, in front of the hotel (did not try the hotel).
