The friendly staff, beautiful location and the cleanliness. - Very nice and helpful staff. Bathrooms are clean, modern and larger than those in most hotels we have encountered in Europe. Nice view from room on the top floor in the front of the hotel.

I spent two nights at Hotel Rosenvilla, and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Service was impeccable, and Stephanie warrants special mention for having assisted me in finding the hotel, to the point she actually drove to meet me and lead me there (how humiliating!). The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our surprise birthday trip with all of their attention to detail. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money, and the location outside the city centre is no problem as it's easily walkable (15 minutes along the river) or 5 minutes by bus. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.
