Great location just out of Salzburg. If you're not traveling by car it could be a bit out of the way. We're in the area quite often so we have no issues with driving into town so it wasn't an issue. Check for public transportation if you're taking the train into town. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Will probably turn this into our "base"

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our travels through Europe. It was one of the newest and cleanest. If you do not know where to have a breakfast have it in the hotel! If you are travelling by car there is an underground parking so you do not have to worry about a parking space even if the hotel is full, and you probably will not use the car because with a SalzburgCard all buses are free! Buying a SalzburgCard is a big advantage and very good deal if you want to see most of the museums (the castle with the trolley) - just get a brochure of the SalzburgCard and you'll find out why it is a must!
