  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we had problems with our TV at midnight it was no trouble for them to come and help us out. The bed was soo comfortable! I absolutely recommend this place if you are going to a concert at allphones or an event at ANZ stadium. She totally made my day. Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside. My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. Very fresh. 10/10 for location, cleanliness, convenience. Hop skip and jump to convention centre, and the water (darling harbour) loved it!! Exceeded expectation.

  We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out.   I never write reviews... But for this one, I make an exception. It's à nice hotel for people who want privacy and who want to arrange everything by theirselves. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed! There is à kitchen, where you can make your own breakfast. And bathrooms, although shared, are clean. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.

The lift was not working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were unfailingly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

  I liked the fact that the hotel is in a very colorful neighborhood rich in history and has all walks of life present. Plenty of cute boutique style shops, sidewalk cafes, bistros and restaurants! Everything you could possibly need was there within walking distance of the hotel. We didnt pay extra for the room with a bridge view but the girl at the desk gave us the keys to the roof which has some of the best views in sydney. Stunning views of the harbour and opera house. Go
