Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel.   We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

  Very pleasant Airport hotel less than 15 minutes to the International or Domestic Terminals. Large, clean rooms with super comfy beds and all standard amenities. Nice pool area adjacent to an excellent gym. The pool is not heated but this would not be a problem in summer. Hotel prices are good value by Sydney standards, excellent business hotel with conference and meeting room facilities. Not close to a - I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect
