The room was nice and clean. Upon checked-in we forgot to buy adapter to the socket which is unique to Australia and New Zealand. Robyn and Ashley managed to find one that we could borrow for the night. Robyn even showed us location for supermarket and restaurants we could go that night. -

Wonderful hotel with pleasent and helpful staff. We stayed in a 1 bedroom city view apartment and the room was large and as the pictures portrayed with a full kitchen and large fridge - much better than some of the other Oaks hotels I've stayed in, and the view was amazing. We didn't want to leave! Definitely going to stay here again on future hol

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, so close to train and tram stop, and walking distance to so many different places of interest. Awesome cafes across the street for breakfast! Rooms were very quiet, and the city views amazing. Upgrade to a premium 2 bedroom apartment was real bonus and very much appreciated!

Location on the beach road just up from the restaurant/cafe strip. Were given a helpful A4 'whats nearby' run-down and an excellent suggestion by the manager for dinner at 'The Patio' restaurant a stones throw away.
Ample car-parks locked at night and good layout for luggage lugging make it a good road-trip stopover.

Had a lovely weekend with great accommodation, great food and close to lots of interesting places and things to do. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and comfy. The location was great. We could walk to the beach, and a good selection of local shops including some great cafes & take away food shops were just over the road. In spite of being close to these facilities, it was very quiet at night. The balcony gave a lovely view of the water. -

We stayed in the Penthouse with spa, rooftop deck and pinball machine. It is a great space with really comfortable couches and beds. This is a fantastic entertaining suite. We were able to entertain friennds in a foreign city and the suite had everything we needed. Hot air ballons passing over the rooftop terrace early in the morning was an added bonus.
