They generally meet the standards and requirements for comfortable stays. Two Bathrooms and WC's is a must for sharing people. Nice and clean, roomy, good quality working Kitchen utilities, and very secure. Would stay here again only if the price represented better than most for value, as explained by my red comments.

  I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves Thanking Yo... what people say » u Jenny noonan - It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

  Nothing was too much trouble for your staff. We arrived earlier than check in so our luggage was stored for us & taken up to our room ready for us when we returned. The porters stored the luggage at check out willingly & when I asked to fetch something out of my bag which they had already taken to the storage room the were very happy to go... what people say » back & get my bag for me. The breakfast was wonderful. The omelete lady made me the best omelete I have ever eaten. The made to order coffee was - I have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions and this visit by far was the best experience. The rooms were luxurious, spacious and very comfortable, hardly heard any noise, a great bonus, staff we met were extremely helpful and very friendly, even the young man who fixed our tv, very prompt and he knew what he was doing! Would definitely re-book again, thank you for a great stay :)

  I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away.   Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen facili... what people say » ties. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.   We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. My 5 yo g-son adored the pasta bolognese and ate every mouthful - he thanked the chef, too. The chef (in whites) personally delivered the ice-cream dessert, then encouraged the 3 yo to finish her vegies so she could have her desser... what people say » t too. He brought it over when she had around 2 mouthfuls left, and that spurred her to finish it and get her reward. he was just wonderful, and the - We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

  The apartment was located close to shops and transport. Staff were helpful. It was great the room was serviced nearly every day. Would stay there again.

  Easy, Friendly accommodating helpful staff, quick check in and check out as always with all Quests! The best studio style Quest I have stayed in, with a luxurious feel located in a fantastic spot!! Would recommend to everyone heading to Melbourne over Richmond or inner city quests. Love it - The apartment was beautifully decorated. Very modern.... what people say » The cafe next door was great. Had a glass of french champagne there on the Saturday afternoon after we arrived, ad breakfast the next morning. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and close to the station.
