We liked the size of the bedroom.
Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is gorgeous, a few minutes by walking from the CBD, a little bit more from South bank but there's a rental bikes station close to the hostel and it's very cheap so you don't have to take any transport if you want to visit the whole city.

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

The two bedroom villa was very comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two children. The facilities were great; loved the tennis courts and the pools. -

Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over &
above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board).
Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered
alternative room as opposed to original room booked which wasn't
quite ready.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

We booked last minute while traveling down the coast. The location is sensational and the view from our room was really great. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and a cot was made available to us without any problems. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. Dinner in the Restaurant was also very good. Lamington national Park is a beatiful place and while we only could see little in the 2 days we had we were quite amazed by the area.

Staff were great, bathroom was very clean and modern, as we only stayed one night and had to leave early did not use the restaurant, maybe next time, free Wi-Fi worked great, is a must these days and will only stay at places offering it -

This property is, without a doubt, unique! We loved having a zoo right out of our door! The animals were well cared for too! Feeding kangaroos and wallabies each day was a delight.
