  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. - The room met most of my requirements.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th ... what people say » floor with ocean views, and two sleeping comfortable little boys, we cannot thank you enough. - Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Lovely setting around pool area. Food good, staff friendly and attentive. Room good and clean. Food excellent and front entrance lovely. Would stay again but in a different room. - Helpful welcoming staff. Lovely new spacious room overlooking the pool. Honesty fridge/bar very convenient. Would have liked to stay longer.

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last 6 years. Good value for money. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Chill Cafe at the front of the complex does a nice coffee and breakfast. - pool, room size,helpful staff

  Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. Before I could even get to the boot of the car I was being assisted with luggage. Upon enter... what people say » ing the room our luggage was already there waiting for us. The location was brilliant and the facilities second to none. The vibe, view and ambience w - I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max. The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

  The staff here obviously know what they are doing. From check in to check out, you could see their experience/training. Even with the problem that arose, they gave three choices for a solution.   Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant. Clean modern rooms; very well appointed. Excellent restaurant and pool. I would thoroughly recomment this Hilton. - The Quality of furnishings in the room were excel... what people say » lent.   The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. This is the first time ever we have had such thoughtf... what people say » ul service. Thankyou so much.. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)

  the staff were great especially Emma at reception. the spa was amazing, very serene and relaxing and my massage was bliss. location is great, a street away from shops and cafes. loved the torch flames throughout the resort. - Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious apartment. Would stay again.
