The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. This is the first time ever we have had such thoughtful service. Thankyou so much.. We will definitely come back.
all reviews » When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :). The reception lady that checked me in was amazing. She asked me why I was here and we chatted briefly....only for her to tell me that she was going to upgrade me as it was my 11 year wedding anniversary. The room she upgraded me to was brilliant. Such a luxury large room....very chuffed with it. Very comfy room with a great view of the ocean and sunrise. Pool area is a gorgeous rainforest setting where some of the local wildlife roam around free. The big Water Dragons (lizards} were especially cheeky and great fun to watch up close from the spa. I was greeted with a smile and was given all the information I needed to make my stay enjoyable. My breakfast was absolutely delicious. For a continental breakfast for 1 there was enough food for 2. I will stay again. I loved the executive floor and the nibbles & drinks between 5 & 7 pm. Also the fact that we could invite a guest. The beds were very comfortable and the water was hot and everything was lovely & clean. We always enjoy the bedding comfort and the choice of dining venues at Jupiters. We also went to the current show Cabaret De Paris and it was very enjoyable. We also used the lovely pool area too.We had a great stay!. I liked the space of the room as well as having a balcony to enjoy the sunshine and views of the coast and sparkling water views. Jupiters is very central to shopping and the beach for those long walks on the beach. Our offer was very well priced for a excellent 5 star hotel and staff in housekeeping did a excellent job in a very friendly manner. Bar and meal offers are very affordable with many options, and good standard. I did not try all the facilities, but the ones I did lived up to my expectations. The food, service, room service was excellent. Rooms were spotless. Ensuite area spotless. Very happy with everything. The fact that what I booked I got by way of room with a large bed and an ocean view on the 12th floor where we watched whales from our room. Unlike a recent stay at the Mantra group. So very pleased. Room service at midnight was great :) As we had booked a dinner and show package, we were able to jump the que at fantasy and have plenty of time to eat. The show was amazing. Staff were lovely :). Loved the spa and pool atmosphere, the staff are attentive and quick to help. Breakfast buffet was beyond expectations! Free upgrade to a balcony room and it really made the stay complete. Check in was easy and fast. Staff were always friendly and helpful, looked presentable and the room was clean. The location was excellent as we had a conference at the convention centre. I enjoyed being able to go beachside or shopping also the security of going to restaurant and show without having to go outside. Security is very important ,we feel safe there. The location was good and the staff were friendly. I also like that the parking was free and convenient even for those that weren't staying at the hotel but just visiting us. Overall it was a very pleasurable stay as we were there for business purposes. We have stayed there a few times now and will continue to do so for future trips. Being placed beside the lifts and at the beginning of the corridor was not ideal. Lift noise and people being very loud in the corridor was at times annoying. The large lounges around the pool need replacing they are very dirty looking and were of the same appearance the last time we stayed there. Nothing!. It took a long time to check in :(. No negatives to report. I didn't like paying for my first bottle of water I think it was $7,maybe a free bottle of water on arrival would be nice. The smoking rooms probably need balconies. Walk from the hotel into the main restaurant area was quite quiet at night time, wouldn't have liked to have done it on my own. No negatives about the hotel at all though. the fact that we couldn't stay longer. I wish the buffet was open for breakfast just a little longer because my boyfriend and I are late risers, haha. The attire within the casino was way to relaxed, would prefer a higher standard. T shirts and in some cases thongs felt like we were in a pub, understand people are on holiday and want to be relaxed but if you can't dress well you should not be in a casino. needs a revamp looking a bit tired. The only problem I had, as a lady with long fingernails I had such a problem flushing the toilet. My hang over the next day lol. Would be great if more of the restaurants were open late as we came out of a show at 10pm. Decor was fairly dated and the rooms could do with a bit of a spruce up. I thought the room rate for a single associated with an in-houdse conference was a touch high without breakfast. We booked a room which was supposed to have either sea or mountain views but all we got was a view of buildings. Also we had a balcony but standing out on it there was a ledge full of cigatette butts. As we are non smokers it was not pleasant. Staff in Spinners Bistro. Could not have been less interested in providing service. e.g., I asked for wine list-was given one and they did not come back. So, we did not order wine. When time came to pay, again, we were ignored so we went and paid at register. They should spend time at the front desk observing what customer service is about!. We are not too concerned ,but an update of the Spinners restaurant menu might be due. Long walk to Surfers Spent to much in the Casino :-) !!!. that we were on the 15th floor and u could still here the music when trying to sleep at night. I had to come home!. reception not as welcoming as expected. High internet costs. Billing errors. No beach towels in room. Pool temperature was too warm. T thought the room pricing was less than value for money. Choice and price of restaurants disappointing. nothing. Casino fllor a nightmare with changeover of machines and the inability to use the payout slips in other machines. Noisy at night until 12.00 pm. Music too loud. Signage to car park very confusing. Some of the gaming tables were not open until about 12.00noon.
