  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   Lovely setting around pool area. Food good, staff friendly and attentive. Room good and clean. Food excellent and front entrance lovely. Would stay again but in a different room. - Helpful welcoming staff. Lovely new spacious room overlooking the pool. Honesty fridge/bar very convenient. Would have liked to stay longer.

  This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last 6 years. Good value for money. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Chill Cafe at the front of the complex does a nice coffee and breakfast. - pool, room size,helpful staff

  The staff here obviously know what they are doing. From check in to check out, you could see their experience/training. Even with the problem that arose, they gave three choices for a solution.   Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.   the staff were great especially Emma at reception. the spa was amazing, very serene and relaxing and my massage was bliss. location is great, a street away from shops and cafes. loved the torch flames throughout the resort. - Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious apartment. Would stay again.

  The room was alot bigger then we were expecting which was great and we liked that there was an extra bathroom, sure made getting ready to go out less painful. Really liked that there was also a washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed the restaurant and cafe that was on site and the walk to the beach was lovely. Had a modern clean design that worked well. There was room to be on your own or plenty space to gather as a group.Lovely big covered deck with table and BBQ.   The location in Lamington National Park and excellent trails, informative signs and friendly birds made it a 'must see' place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We saved money by not booking the meal plan, but eating a large lunch in their nice cafe and taking out a wonderful, ample salad to eat for dinner. We also enjoyed a pizza up in the bar on our last night. - We booked last minute while traveling down the coast. The location is sensational and the view from our room was really great. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and a cot was made available to us without any problems. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. Dinner in the Restaurant was also very good. Lamington national Park is a beatiful place and while we only could see little in the 2 days we had we were quite amazed by the area.

  We booked for 1 night only and had two adjoining rooms which was handy as we travelled with 2 couples and 2 small children. Really nice for one night, excellent Gold Coast views. We ate dinner in the restaurant bar on ground level more for convenience with the children, it was a little pricey but that's to be expected if you eatin the hotel and t... what people say » he food was good. Overall it was a good stay. - Large rooms and bath rooms some guests obviously mistreat the rooms. Good buffet breakfast on ground floor however the revolving restaurant breakfast is not as good. The seafood buffet not as good as Watermark hotel and is more expensive. Would stay again however will not eat in the revolving restaurant ground floor restaurant restaurant much better
