  Nothing was too much trouble for your staff. We arrived earlier than check in so our luggage was stored for us & taken up to our room ready for us when we returned. The porters stored the luggage at check out willingly & when I asked to fetch something out of my bag which they had already taken to the storage room the were very happy to go... what people say » back & get my bag for me. The breakfast was wonderful. The omelete lady made me the best omelete I have ever eaten. The made to order coffee was - I have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions and this visit by far was the best experience. The rooms were luxurious, spacious and very comfortable, hardly heard any noise, a great bonus, staff we met were extremely helpful and very friendly, even the young man who fixed our tv, very prompt and he knew what he was doing! Would definitely re-book again, thank you for a great stay :)

  Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge and also a small tv in the bedroom, excellent well equipped kitchen facili... what people say » ties. We booked here to go to a cirque du soleil show which wasn't even a 10 min walk away and then we had dinner on the waterfront close to the hotel - Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

  There was a pleasant atmosphere and the big space of the reception area was inviting. My room was very clean, lovely and modern. The Bathroom was also very modern and of a good size. I requested to have a quiet room which was accomodated. It was good to have a small desk as well for working purposes. There was plenty of storage. I have also stayed at the Ibis in Brisbane, and I have been imp - The front desk staff were excellent. So helpful. We were in Melbourne looking for a flat for our daughter so had some paperwork to do. Staff did some photocopying and faxing for us and it was no trouble for them.(We had our own laptop and internet) We needed a carpark and were able to have one. I n a visit a few weeks before the weather was very hot and they gave us an iceblock and cold drink on our return from house hunting. Very thoughtful-full marks. We will certainly visit again.

  The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program!   Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished. This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear.   The apartment was located close to shops and transport. Staff were helpful. It was great the room was serviced nearly every day. Would stay there again.

  We really like the location of the hotel and the ease at which you can connect to many of the city's attractions via walking or using the other transportation services available. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. - Close to the Regent Theater and within our price range. additional fresh milk was supplied happily when requested.

Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. The other staff - My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.
