I was a little concerned driving up the narrow street off the main road... However, as soon as I walked in the entrance my dears disappeared and I was amazed by the natural scenic layout of Ayatana. The main advantage - silent and a lack of noisy companies. A room had all necessary facilities and cleaning was every day. The design of the hotel is as good as in the site description. It's necessary to notice receptionists who have learnt English at last and helped us with all questions.

Loved this hotel! Great location, just around a corner from some amazing street food and small market, 10-15 minutes walk to night bazar and 5 minutes from the cities gates and sundat market. The hotel was spotless, with good size rooms and bathrooms. Good Tv channels , fridge, kettle, hair dryer and beds. Pool was lovely but not much room to sit

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They were extremely helpful
with booking a trek and making sure we had a take away breakfast for the
journey. They were also very helpful with directions and general tourist
questions we had. The guest house was very clean and the main areas
downstairs are beautiful. The location within the Old City walls is
perfect for just wandering the streets and immersion into daily life of
the locals and is accessible to all types of transportation.

to eat the area is very central with a lot of good restaurants

Communication early from Gilles the owner, who arranged for us to be put in an alternative room at no cost when we arrived after an overnight bus trip from Bangkok, prior to check in time. It was also obvious that he takes a passionate interest in maintaining high quality service for the guests. His staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The location within the old city is a short walk to most places, or get a Tuk Tuk, which are pretty cheap. Highly recommended.

The staff was really helpfull, good location and lots of activities can be arranged from the hotel. We had a great time here. The kitchen is usefull for saving some money on food, although we still had most of our meals in restaurants or on the street. -

We loved everything. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and charming. The
owners were hospitable and kind. The ambiance is tranquil and relaxed,
and although simple the hotel has everything one could want. The
location is great, about 15 minutes walk to the night market. The price

The owners are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful people. The room
was clean and comfortable and the pictures don't do the residence
justice -- the owners take great pride in keeping up the grounds. In
reality, I'm spoiled after staying at tr Residence, they set a very
high standard.
They are located about 10 minutes (walking) outside of the old city and always felt safe walking home and in the neighborhood (woman traveling alone).
