  Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up.   I have marked everything as excellent here except value which I've said is average. I'll explain this first. This is one of 7 hotels we will have stayed in by the end of our trip and the most expensive of the lot. In saying that it is still reasonable in terms of what we would pay at home for hotels. It is a bit of a distance from the main town but we were content with that. The beach, the view - This is paradise! We were looking for a great place to stay with our 10 month old baby. Before going we checked the reviews and started to doubt. It turned out that all he bad things in the reviews were over exaggerated. The bungalows are on a hill but you can ask for a free pickup service to and from your bungalow at the reception and by phone (even though it is just a 5 minute walk. You do need to move if you want a fantastic scenery view from your balcony :) Snorkeling is great. The beach is

  First of all the view is so amazing that you can open your bangol's door and look to sky and the blue clear water. I recommended to book a beach front bangol that will help you to stay near the sea and enjoy the time. The resort also have different activities that can be fit to families and honeymooners it contain trips free sn - Great location. It is secluded and a little quiet but it fit our needs perfectly. Great rooms, we had a standard bungalow, breakfast was good as well, and the pool/beach were great. Service from the staff was great as well. Reading the reviews before we went had us worried, but personally, I found everything great. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend on the basis for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

  We book just for 2 days but there we added more days because the placeis amazing. The hotel is not new but the facilities are comfortable andclean. The price is very good. - Very relaxing

  2nd visit to this Hotel & thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Stayed in the main accomodation block with a pool view room, rooms clean, tidy & comfortable. Enough choice for breakfast to set you up for the day & easy walking distance to anywhere that you need to be on the Island. We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away. The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.

  We found previous reviews hilarious when we got here: *People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill! *Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees.   Loved the location and the outdoors facilities: massages, reception (with newspapers and magazines) the beds at the sea, the lovely garden. Breakfast was excellent as well: proper bread (real croissants!!), well cooked eggs, a good choice between muesli etc and fresh orange/mandarin juice.   We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. They collected us from the pier as it is a walk (5 minutes) to the hotel a staff member extremely friendly insisted on taking our luggage ( 2 suticases weighing more than 50kg in 36degrees... was die leute sagen » ). When we arrived at 11 we were told check in is at 2 which we knew but were told to pop back at 12 and they'll do their best and at 12 on the dot it - Ok this is a really clean and neat hotel in phi phi. Its hard to find a decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything, its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches. Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport cost

On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds.   This place is great- the air con was on for us when we arrived, the room had big windows looking out to the water. Staff had welcome drinks on arrival. If you've come to Phi Phi Island for a getaway, you might like to know that it's not the relaxing island you thought.. there is loud music that blares across the water until 4am (can be heard in th... was die leute sagen » e room) So we were surprised, amused, felt a little old, but enjoyed it for what it was. If you WANT to be a part of the party scene then it's a great - For Phi Phi this is a nice place without spending $200 USD a night. Its a pretty view of Phi Phi Don and was kinda nice hiking out each evening and morning. Also they take you over after being greeted at the pier in a little boat which saves the wheelbarrow taxi (yes there are no cars or scooters.. Enjoy!) and return you to the pier free of charge. Overall its modern for Phi Phi and my gf and I really liked it. ***Not for anyone with kids or elderly/ disabled.

  Lives up to its name! We found this little hideaway beach just the best place to stay in Phi Phi. If you want to stay out of the busy tonsai area then this is just the perfect place. The Relax Beach resort has traditional style bungalows on the beach and on the hill looking over the sea.
