Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.
