  Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... was die leute sagen » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Apartments are very clean and luxury. The location is very central and located very calm street. We really hi - Really We felt as we were at home it was family atmosphere & very safe the great assistance from the staf was really very much appreciated the metro station and supermarket is just few minitsfrom the hotel , we enjoid Our stay very much at this hotel & I recommending it strongly especially for families & couples.

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  Personnel totally dedicated to guests. The men meet with us exactly on agreed time (we were not waiting for entrance what had happen in other places). Apartment was really clean, the towels was really good, and bed was made with care. Well-equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioner available and works properly. Men was eager to help us to exp... was die leute sagen » lain many things related to visit in Barcelona (like the best way to reach particular attraction, where to leave the luggage on last day, what cities - I like staying in a real neighbourhood where real people live, and that exactly what we got. I also like having room for us and our children. In fact this was the first time ever that the two of them have had their own rooms. We also all really liked the proprietors, Rosa and Fernando. At the end of our stay the kids asked if we would get to see them again, and if we could meet their kids! Sadly that wasn't in the cards (we had an early morning flight). We will definitely book with them again.

  We had a great 8 day stay at Sensation Sagrada Familia. We are a family of 5 --- children age 14, 11 and 8 -- and had plenty of room with two bedrooms with a full size bed and another bed room with a two twin beds along with a pull out couch in the living room. The staff was super friendly and any time we needed something, they were more than happy to oblige -- reserve tickets for - We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. As soon as we arrived they gave us map of metro and another map showing grocer, bakery and nearby restaurants.   I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a reservation. The staff at Mar Bella is incredibly helpful, friendly, and English-speaking. The location was perfect for staying in the city for a few days or longer. I was there with a group of friends, so we rented 2 of the 3 bedroom apartments. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo

  We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

We loved loved loved Barcelona, and the accommodation contributed a lot to that great experience.
