The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

  Personnel totally dedicated to guests. The men meet with us exactly on agreed time (we were not waiting for entrance what had happen in other places). Apartment was really clean, the towels was really good, and bed was made with care. Well-equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioner available and works properly. I also like having room for us and our children. In fact this was the first time ever that the two of them have had their own rooms. We also all really liked the proprietors, Rosa and Fernando. At the end of our stay the kids asked if we would get to see them again, and if we could meet their kids! Sadly that wasn't in the cards (we had an early morning flight). We will definitely book with them again.

  We had a great 8 day stay at Sensation Sagrada Familia. We are a family of 5 --- children age 14, 11 and 8 -- and had plenty of room with two bedrooms with a full size bed and another bed room with a two twin beds along with a pull out couch in the living room. The staff was super friendly and any time we needed something, they were more than happy to oblige -- reserve tickets for - We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable. Apartment is in a block of apartments served with reception services as in hotels. Receptionists were very very helpful. As soon as we arrived they gave us map of metro and another map showing grocer, bakery and nearby restaurants.
