  Apartment size room with separate living room and with exceptional views. Went halfboard and food was fantastic -numerous selection to choose from for both breakfast and dinner. Nice warm indoor pool. We paid 103 euros for two people /night during half term for half board and found this was exceptional value. Easy access to airport, shopping distr... was die leute sagen » ict a short walk away and cycling and nice seaside walks outside the hotel. - We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.

All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

  Das Hotel hat eine sehr gepflegte und weitläufige Parkanlage mit einer sehr schönen Pool-Landschaft, die wir aber leider nicht genutzt haben, da uns die Wassertemperatur (wir waren im Januar dort) etwas zu kalt waren.   Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent
