  Apartment size room with separate living room and with exceptional views. Went halfboard and food was fantastic -numerous selection to choose from for both breakfast and dinner. Nice warm indoor pool. We paid 103 euros for two people /night during half term for half board and found this was exceptional value. Easy access to airport, shopping distr... vad folk säger » ict a short walk away and cycling and nice seaside walks outside the hotel. - We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.

  First of all, I should clarify that we are frequent guest of five star resorts in several different countries and locations. This Villas Hotel it’s for sure one of the best-undiscovered Hotels of Tenerife and also of Europe. They really care about your needs and your Hotel experience. At the same time the Hotel as beautiful Villas and the all - The villa was fantastic with its own pool. It was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The buffet breakfast was great and staff were really nice. There was a playground which was brilliant and a putting course which the children enjoyed. The hotel also ran a free miniclub for children. Oana who ran the club was brilliant with the children and there was supervised activities during the day. The playroom where the club took place was fantastic. Great toys for the children and my 12 month old

  Very nice villa, lots of attention to detail such as good quality towels, toiletaries etc. Private pool was great, garden gets sun all day, but there is also plenty of shade.   The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. I don't agree with the breakfast comments - the 2 times we've been there we've had a variety of freshly prepared food, I've stayed in similar ho... vad folk säger » tels in the area and had very much worse!! - To start, my girlfriend and I are a young couple in our mid 20's. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

  The staff was very polite and service minded. The spa was fantastic and special treatments (relax massage etc.) were very good. - hotel was spotless, staff very friendly and at the poolside was very relaxing and not over crowded
