The best value for the money. During our trip to Spain we stayed at 4 different hotels at the same price range and Hostal Carrera was the best. It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, convenient to tour bus, shopping, sightseeing, groery stores.The price is reasonable for family with kids. All are perfect. -

The host was really nice. Even though he can't speak English, he tried to explain everything and helped us to find some good place near by. The room was also quite large and comfortable for two people to stay. I would love to recommend this place to those who want to stay in Madrid!
