Super friendly staff and it's a good place for making new friends (: . And finally, its position inside the city is very central, so you don't need to use metro every time you go out.   Extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Das Hotel ist eigentlich eine Mehrzimmerwohnung im 3. Stockwerk und hat eine nette familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Betten sind zwar nur 1,90 m lang, aber die Matratzen sind okay. Und die zentrale Lage (direkt bei U-Bahn-Station Opera) ist einfach super! - Wonderful view. Great location. Very different to commercial establishments in as much as it is a converted apartment and was very interesting for us, a mature couple. We were placed in a huge room at no extra cost. Very clean. Quite an experience for us even !though we know Madrid well. - The biggest bonus of this little family-run place is its unrivalled location facing the Royal palace. Staff are very responsive and punctual and the place has the charm of a 18th century building.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, nothing was too much trouble, really genuinely lovely people taking great care to make our holiday as good and memorable as it could be. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary. Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time. We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady! Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

The metro is 5/10 minutes walk away and there is loads of places to eat. The staff are lovely, carried my bags for me and couldnt help you enough. The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!

  The staff was very kind and helpful, and the hostel has an excellent location in the center, just next to Plaza Mayor, 5 minutes from Palacio Real and in front of the hostel there is the market San Miguel which has one of the best offer of foods. - The rooms are amazing, the best hostel I've ever been to!
