  Wir fanden das Appartement sowohl für die fußläufige als auch für die metromäßige Erkundung der Stadt sehr gut gelegen. Es war (im Februrar) sehr ruhig. Dies kann im Sommer anders sein. Alles ist neu gemacht und zu unserem Erstaunen funktionierte auch die Heizung (Klimaanlage) sehr gut. Anfänglich hat uns ein bißchen die Innenlage der Küche / des A... was die leute sagen » ufenthaltsraum gestört.   The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined with good tapas restaurants and bars. It's easily accessible to the metro and attractions. The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

The flat is very well equipped and very cool and modern.The location is just about perfect and also very close to the tube. There is a cheap supermarket nearby.
