  This was our third visit to the Cervantes, so you can see we like it! The staff, Fabio and his assistant, are very friendly, and you are at once on first name terms. The rooms are very small, so don't take too much luggage! They are comfortable and clean, and some are very quiet. The ancient lift, recently inspected for safety, is more efficient than many in large hotels! Above, all the location is excell - The Cervantes hostel is very well situated, 10 minutes walk to the Atocha train station and 10 minutes walk to the Puerta del Sol. Staff and owner are very kind, smart people. Bed is very comfortable, claned rooms and bathrooms, which are inside the rooms.

  Fuencarral Suites is an excellent value for money: Apartment is clean, recently restored and has all the amenities you need in order to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything is new and well maintained. They work amazingly good in despite of the effervescent and non- stop crowds ga - The apartment was clean and modern in addition to the staff being very responsive. At night there is a lot of noise outside, but the windows are amazing at keeping all the noise out. Shops and restaurants were close, I just would have liked a metro stop a little closer, but really every major place you would want to see is accessible by walking. Loved having a washing machine and great drying rack.

Despite the fact that people wrote that breakfast was served in a cafe near the hostel, in reality, I got it at the hostel near the reception desk. I woul... was die leute sagen » d highly recommend to stay in this place during your vacation in Madrid (of course, if you are unpretentious and do not look for something to complain - The staff were really friendly, the couple that run the hostal were really sweet and really helpful. They even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us for 9 Euro each. Breakfast was included (but I never made it), the room was cute, clean, and comfortable.

  Prime location by the subway station. Room was in a perfectly clean condition with towel and clean linen (which were changed daily). The rooms were also cleaned every day. The owner (senora Eva) is exceptionally nice (and adorable). This place is definitely one of the best places I have stayed in Europe.
