  The service was great and I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with terrace even though I had booked a fairly economic room just because they like upgrading their guests when the better rooms are free. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room.   Great location across street from Retiro park. Room decor was much better in person than photos showed on the internet. Easy walk to central shopping,restaurants, and museums. Much better value than other hotels in this upscale neighborhood. You heard no noise from other people staying in the hotel and the room was fabulous. Even had a laptop provided in the room with free wifi. Friendly staff and if you want to come back to the hotel at 6am they let you in no problem. Great location and a beautiful building, even the tourits on the tour bus took photos of the building! I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

  Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Bei einem Problem vor Ort war das Personal sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück großartig. Am meisten hat mir gefallen, dass das Hotel nicht allzu groß war, und man sein Frühstück nicht mit hundert anderen Gästen einnehmen musste. Wir hatten zwei DZ gebucht und bekamen diese auch nebeneinander, ohne darum bieten zu müsse... was die leute sagen » n.
