  The service was great and I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with terrace even though I had booked a fairly economic room just because they like upgrading their guests when the better rooms are free. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city.   Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Bei einem Problem vor Ort war das Personal sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück großartig. Am meisten hat mir gefallen, dass das Hotel nicht allzu groß war, und man sein Frühstück nicht mit hundert anderen Gästen einnehmen musste. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
