All our needs were met and any requests were willing to be accommodated including leaving our luggage there for a whole day (as our train trip was at night). The location is the best you can have, being 5 minutes way from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via, etc. Definetly the place to stay whenever we go to madrid.
