  Das Hostal liegt mitten in der Altstadt in einem sehr lebendigen Viertel. Obwohl ich nach meiner Ankunft mit dem Nachtzug vor der üblichen Eincheckzeit angekommen bin habe ich schon ein Zimmer bekommen. - Die Mitarbeiter waren superfreundlich, einige konnten auch deutsch. Hilfsbereitschaft steht bei Ihnen ganz oben.

  Very good location , just 3-5 mins walking you can find heart of Madrid. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed n bedset r a bit old but comfortable enough. - I´m very happy with the place.   Location is super for discovery Madrid. All attractions are within walking distance.Very welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was ample and tasty, especially Spanish ham with melon. The hotel is full of old-style, but in a modern deluxe apartments. The rooms are large and comfortable.   First of all, we have to say that the staff was unbelievable!! All of them were extremely friendly and extremely helpful as we had lots of questions and requests. The room was exactly what we needed…no complaints. We stayed for 2 nights and you cannot beat the price. It was very quiet inside all the hallways and doors, so I knew I would be able to sleep well. Safe. We had a key to get into the building later in the evening. The evening staff worked very hard to print out a ticket for us. He was very kind to do so. Polite, honest, hard working. The mini frig was a wonderful item, as was the hairdryer. I would gladly recommend the Hostal, especially if you want to be in the center of Madrid.
