The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. A very safe area to stay and close to a supermarket so we were able to take advantage of the very capable and well kept kitchen. -

Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

Had a really good 2 night stay here. Yes the staff speak absolutely no English but that is hardly the end of the world! Our apartment was clean, a good size and well equipped. The location is great. Lots of nice bakeries within 5 minutes walk which were ideal for breakfast. Close to metro station. No problems with either hot water or noise.

Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.
