  Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. The place was wonderfull, it was far from La Rambla and the beach but very close to the Sagrada Familia and more locals than tourists could be seen in this area.   This apartment was great-really spacious and modern, well equipped kitchen and perfect for our 2 night trip to Barcelona. One double bedroom and one twin with a sofa bed upstairs in the lounge.   The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by.   Nice atmosphere, a perfect place to come with family very economical. We found our big room very well equipped and Karl was very friendly, also very centric and convenient.
