  We booked this apartment literally at the last moment: in the morning of the day we've checked in. If we knew it to be so good, we'd stay longer but unfortunately this was our last day on Gran Canaria and we had a very early flight in the morning.   The Hotel is great for people like us who had rent-a-car and who were traveling around the island all day. The rooms are clean. The owner said that we had room cleaning every 2 days and the lady that was cleaning the rooms was right on time every second day. we had all we needed in the rooms and the kitchen was fairly good supplied with appliances... was die leute sagen » . For welcome we had cold bottle of water and orange juice from the owner. Bottom line, young couples who want to travel around the island and really - Jesus the owner was very accomidating. There were some issues with my credit card for the advance booking, to which he replied, just pay when you get here. Upon arrival he had stocked the refridgerator with some orange juice and bottled water. Finally when I asked where the laundry facilities were he just took the laundry and did it for us. All of these things were above and beyound what I would have expected from a budget apartment. The stay was more like a hotel stay than a rented apart
