  We booked this apartment literally at the last moment: in the morning of the day we've checked in. If we knew it to be so good, we'd stay longer but unfortunately this was our last day on Gran Canaria and we had a very early flight in the morning.   The location is 15 minutes by car from airport, you have to get car to visit the island and this location is in the middle of every direction , so excellent for my point of view.15 minutes to go to playa ingles and 15 to las Palmas city and so on, I totally raccomand the place if u like to go around renting car, bus also from airport can bring up ... hva folk sier » to hostel in 15 minutes, hostel very clean and simple, nice and kind hospitaly from owner! Congratulation I will be back here when deciding to return - The staff were very friendly. It was 5km from the airport. I was on my way to Malaga so only stayed one night but would stay there again. It did look like it was newly refurbished. Very interesting decor. Going up in the lift was a glass window with views of waterfalls sharks shells fisherman in a boat. An enjoyable stay. Kathryn. Uk

  The Hotel is great for people like us who had rent-a-car and who were traveling around the island all day. The rooms are clean. The owner said that we had room cleaning every 2 days and the lady that was cleaning the rooms was right on time every second day. we had all we needed in the rooms and the kitchen was fairly good supplied with appliances... hva folk sier » . For welcome we had cold bottle of water and orange juice from the owner. Bottom line, young couples who want to travel around the island and really - Jesus the owner was very accomidating. There were some issues with my credit card for the advance booking, to which he replied, just pay when you get here. Upon arrival he had stocked the refridgerator with some orange juice and bottled water. Finally when I asked where the laundry facilities were he just took the laundry and did it for us. All of these things were above and beyound what I would have expected from a budget apartment. The stay was more like a hotel stay than a rented apart
