  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. From the front desk check in until check out, we were very pleased with our stay. The room had an excellent view of the harbour and Concierge was very helpful.   Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days ... was die leute sagen » - this by far was the best value of any place we stayed; and our room was absolutly perfect for 2 guests; having a seperate bedroom and living room sp - Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

  It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.... was die leute sagen » All the staff whether it was the door-person,cleaning staff,front desk were extremely polite and accommodating to all our needs. - I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
