  The bungalows are superb in a wonderful setting with woods and river nearby. We had a kitchenette, dining and sitting area and separate bedroom. All extremely comfortable and best bit was that we could sit and watch the wildlife from our window. We were warned on arrival that there was a bit of bear activity but unfortunately we didn't see any alt... was die leute sagen » hough were told that one had visited at night. We did see elk and deer however. The adjoining restaurant is excellent with good fresh cooked food and - Loved Jasper House Bungalows highly recommend a stay here. Just out of Jasper we were fortunate to get a cabin on the river. Elk came through on the first night and being Aussies we enjoyed the squirrels being about. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff super friendly. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a stay. Not far out of Jasper but far enough you have peace and tranquillity. Loved it.

I loved the location as the view was majestic and we were far enough away from town to hear the silence of the night.   A clean comfortable place with very nice hospitality. Sort of expensive--but not really when compared to other accomodations in the area. We felt fortunate to pay that low price in that area.   Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. A choice of three restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

  We have stayed at The Tonquinn before and they were very good to us. We booked a double bed room, but because we forgot to mention we had a dog they only had two bed queen rooms available that were pet friendly. At the same rate we booked, they upgraded us! We had a rough night with the noise coming on every 8 minutes. In the morning we told the front de - The sheets smelled so nice and clean. I think they are fairly newly renovated rooms. It's maybe a bit small for square footage in this room but we only had double beds and we were very comfortable sleeping here. The swimming pool looked so nice with the big windows but unfortunately we went to bed after our supper and didn't get a chance to use the pool.

  Close to Jasper but felt out in the country. Nice location on the river. Very cozy cottage with nice gas fireplace and kitchenette. Also, we had a schedule change and had to cancel 1 night and change nights stayed. They were very accommodating and although we cancelled less than the 72 hours policy, we were only charged for 1 night and not two. Natural setting, river close by, elk grazing as I got out of car to check into the office. Peaceful and little noise from traffic nearby. Highly recommend this area and the Pine Bungalows.   Excellent facilities and very welcoming hosts. It was good to get a 'local' view of Jasper and be steered towards useful shopping. It really was like staying in a home, but with our privacy maintained. Gina and Emil were there when you needed them but not in the least bit intrusive.   The hotel is central, close to the train station and shopping. The staff are young, friendly and helpful. Our room was large (2 double beds), very clean, comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and clean. The room was on the street side, away from the station, and was very quiet, although I did hear faint noises of trains shunting in the rail y... was die leute sagen » ard when I woke up in the night ......... the noise did not wake me. The associated Pub was great fun, and a good place to have lunch. There is a very - What a perfect location!! Whistler's Inn is right in the center of town, across from the picturesque train station with the mountain backdrop. We loved the town of Jasper and had a great dinner at Villa Caruso. We only stayed one night, in-between camping. We were upgraded to the suite with the corner bay window in the little tower. How cool!!
