We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. ... was die leute sagen » Raymond's (the concierge) gourmet recommendations. - the hotel was spotless. they seem to have given thought to every detail - design-wise, service-wise, taste and efficiency. the complimentary breakfast and hor douves are wonderful, not to mention the chocolates we got every afternoon. we have stayed in several hotels in the region - this is by far in a different league all together. we hope they manage to retain the high standards over time.

All of the staff were very helpful. The harbor view was excellent, and the water-front walk is only a few steps away. This location is very convenient for both the water-front activities and downtown shopping. -

I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -

Location was fabulous, on the water and within walking distance of all
the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.

The concierge was very personable, the food at the William Tell Bistro was delicious and the room was very nice for the price. - The hotel was very convenient to access BC Place and local restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent.

Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

Das Hotel liegt genau dort,wo es der Besucher von Vancouver wünscht,in einem modernen ,sauberen Viertel ,zentral gelegen ,mit allen möglichkeiten. - My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!

Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.
