  We enjoyed the room, food and the courteous staff. We found the location to be central to everything we wanted to do. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing.   This is a fantastic Hotel. Huge modern and fully equipped rooms (full modern kitchenette) One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at and right in the downtown are of Vancouver. The hotel itself is well appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of.   We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver.   Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days ... was die leute sagen » - this by far was the best value of any place we stayed; and our room was absolutly perfect for 2 guests; having a seperate bedroom and living room sp - Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving
