  The room was very comfortable, and loved the jaccuzi after a long travel time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. We had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant twice, and again we found the staff excellent and the... was die leute sagen » food was very good. Definitely got your money's worth. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport/hotel shuttle, with a very helpful driver - My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal). The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.

  The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was fabulous.   Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. - Location. Very close to Toronto airport (we had an early flight) and Chop restaurant. Comfortable room.

  We absolute loved the homely feel, right down to the meal prepared for you and included in your price when you arrived home exhausted from a touring day, even though we had a suite with a fully functional kitchen. I really enjoyed the complimentary snack bag and the kitchen which included stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, large microwave and full six fridge, just awesome!!!

  Upon entry i was greated by a very friendly helpfull receptionist. Even though we were eary, the room was ready as she gave it to us immediately. The room was very, very clean. The beds were exceoptionally confortable. The room was well decored We will be staying their again and highly recommend it - Great Inn in a small town.   The front reception was awesome! We were out on a date night and we had a surprise treat of a bottle of bubbly and strawberries. ..thanks very much to the front desk!!!!
