  After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyo - The staff are extremely helpful. Sam & Sunny made good friends with our young boys. the room was wide enough & cosy. Cleaning was adequate. it's 7 min walk from the falls & 10 min from dinning area. tim horton is 3 min away. our children really enjoyed the place & every one was very very friendly. it is very safe & have a familial atmosphere. free parking was a great advantage.

  Staff were very nice. We had booked a room with 2 double beds as we were attending a wedding with our son and his wife. The attendent came to us and asked us if we would like to upgrade our room as someone cancelled and we could have the room, Since we were already unpacked and were rushing to the wedding we declined. It was alread - Enjoyed the Knights location - More than we expected - big tv - internet connection - two beds -really bright bathroom (very good) - very clean We chose the Knight's Inn because he have stayed in the one in Kitchener as well.

  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery.   The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. We also stayed there a month ago and we left at 430am and I forgot my phone in the room. We noticed it when I dropped my husband off at the airport so I had to go back to get it. They got up for me at 500am to unlock the door for me to get my phone. Will definitely book there again in Ju - Was in Windsor for a family wedding, all of my family from Toronto stayed here and were very happy with there rooms,they were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

  The Rainbow Inn is a fun place to stay. The pool was relaxing and we got to see fireworks from the balcony of our room. We have been there several times with friends. Its our favourite Motel next to the Falls and Casino. - Best value of any Hotel in the Fallsview area. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. We walked to everything! So convenient.
