  I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.   The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  when we arrived we were given key cards for our room but when we went to room it hadn't been cleaned yet. 2 rooms down there was a young gal from housekeeping that was cleaning that room and she advised us that our room had not been cleaned yet. she took our key cards and went down to the front desk for us and came back with keys for another roo... was die leute sagen » m which actually was an upgrade from the one we had.   The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. And the restaurant service was very attentive and - Location perfect - could walk to so much. View was awesome - 20th floor toward needle, like a postcard. Breakfast nice (included), service excellent.Quiet. Loved the glass elevators. Pool was nice, good sauna. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.
