They even upgraded me to a double-queen room when I had originally booked a single queen (before I knew my adult daughter would be staying with me), for less than $8 more. I think the room is pretty sound-proof. Bed and blankets are also comfortable and clean. Its worth the money and the stay was great! Would come back again if I visit Monterey. The location is very closed to Carmel, 17 mile drive.
