  The room was very clean and had been updated. It was obvious that the owner took pride in keeping the facility well-kept. He had flower boxes on the exterior to give it a more homey and welcoming look. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings in good repair. The location made trips into Monterey very easy. The owner/operator was very attentive, and even boiled water for me in his own kitchen and brought it out. We will definitely come back every time we visit the area.

I think the room is pretty sound-proof. Bed and blankets are also comfortable and clean. Its worth the money and the stay was great! Would come back again if I visit Monterey. The location is very closed to Carmel, 17 mile drive.

The pool is a great temperature.
